Gimme5 is a Fintech company that manages and invests the savings of over 400,000 users through its app.
Despite the large amount of users accumulated over the years through the mobile app and the webapp, the service featured in addition to an obsolete interface, some gaps and blocks on the user experience side. Especially in the onboarding phase which was dispersed and made the user desist in its completion, and in the management and consultation part of their savings goals.
We have worked closely with the Gimme5 team to understand business needs and those of users to renew and improve the entire new experience.
